WHAT IT MEANS TO BE VIGILANT

One who is vigilant gives careful attention to a particular problem or situation and concentrates on noticing any trouble or danger that might occur. Where this is most important is when the situation does not seem imminently dangerous. When that is the case, it is easy to become complacent and comfortable and be blindsided by harmful events that were not expected. One must be most vigilant when things seem resolved, peaceful and calm.

Readers who have enjoyed the VENERABLE Series will not be surprised by the importance of being vigilant, or that VIGILANT, coming this Fall, happens to be the title of the fourth and final book in the series. The peace that exists between the town of Venerable and its new neighbor, Paradise, is fragile, at best. All may seem well, but constant threats borne of jealousy, ambition, prejudice and even love are lurking, and could surface at any moment and destroy was has been built.

For those readers who have not yet enjoyed the VENERABLE Series (what are you waiting for?), there will be no spoilers here. However, just know that the violent pre-history, social upheaval and shocking revelations that have led to this point, will no doubt result in an epic conclusion. Prepare yourself by ordering books one through three today:
